EFFECTIVE PROGRAMME DESIGNS AND DELIVERY
The experienced faculty, who are veteran educators in facilitating training and assessing learning outcomes, will tailor the respective programmes to meet the needs of the participants by adjusting the design and delivery as necessary, such as mix of cases versus lecture/discussions, team breakouts etc., to suit the learning patterns and behaviours of the participants to ensure relevance. Various learning activities, formative and summative assessments will also be employed in each programme to monitor and evaluate participants’ learning progress.
